Synopsis
Summoned by the remnant soul of the Moon Goddess, Raina is told she must forge bonds with four Orc princes to break their bloodlust curse. For a hefty reward, she joins the Lion Clan as Darius's personal soothsayer. However, Darius's uncle, Viktor, covets the chieftainship and conspires with the witch Morwen to use Raina's power to overthrow the Orcs. The Fox Clan's High Priest, Zephyr, jealous of Kai's mother's past as the Moon Goddess's daughter, obstructs Kai's contact with Raina. Raina receives massages to treat headaches during the day, is confessed to by Kai through a window at night, becomes Silas's contract girlfriend, and is invited by Orion to stargaze on her days off. The four take turns approaching her: tails wrapped around her waist, kisses and sneak attacks, drunken nights spent together… their bond levels steadily rise. But the curse's backlash begins to spread—black lines crawl across her body, each touch hastening her death. In the final battle in the Abyss, Raina exhausts the Moon Goddess's power to save the four and is pulled into an illusion. In the illusion, the four people's darkest possessive desires were amplified, transforming into a crazed teenager who morbidly harassed her. She managed to escape, but the moon's markings dimmed, and her memories began to fade.
