Synopsis

Arthur is the star player of the Dallas Mavericks, a professional basketball team. Three years ago, as a rising star who caused a sensation across the United States, Arthur could have easily signed with a top team in the league and secured a starting position. However, to help his fiancée Elena achieve instant success in the sports world, he willingly condescended to join the perennial bottom-ranked team, the "Ironclad Vanguard," on the sole condition that the board of directors would promote Elena to the club's general manager position. For three years, Arthur's dominant performance on the court transformed this struggling team into a winning streak and a rising force in the league. With a crucial game about to conclude, Arthur planned to propose to Elena, his girlfriend of four years, after the game. However, Elena, in order to promote the talentless "backdoor" player Julian, forced Arthur to repeatedly pass the ball to Julian in the first half. Arthur decisively attacked based on the situation, establishing a huge lead by halftime.
