Synopsis
"Elena is invited to diagnose Kane Vanderbilt, the heir of an old eastern aristocratic family. There, she is brutally abused by Kane and his fiancée Serena, with the assistance of Jax and Chloe. After the torment, she is shot through the left side of her chest and left for dead in the wilderness. Miraculously, Elena survives because her heart is located on the right side. She develops a second personality, Eden. With the help of Dean Han, she undergoes plastic surgery to transform into Eden and returns as the dean of Saint Lance Medical Institute, bent on revenge.
