Synopsis
On Christmas Eve, ordinary office worker Lason unexpectedly witnessed a murder in an alleyway and became the sole eyewitness. However, because there was no evidence at the scene, the police deemed him mentally unstable. Shortly thereafter, his girlfriend Tori and her family were brutally murdered; the killer’s methods were ruthless, and he seemed to know Lason inside and out. In his moment of despair, Lason came into possession of a mysterious, old knockoff cell phone and unexpectedly discovered he had the ability to rewind time. He traveled back and forth through time several times in an attempt to save his loved ones, but failed repeatedly. Instead, he noticed that his senior colleague, Ian, was behaving strangely. During one pursuit, Lason broke into Ian’s home and uncovered a shocking truth: Ian was actually a serial killer who had been hiding for decades, using time loops to commit crimes and erase evidence—and Lason’s “witness account” had disrupted his perfect criminal cycle. Facing a demon disguised as an honest man, Lason gradually unraveled Ian’s criminal logic through multiple confrontations. Ultimately, Lason stopped obsessing over saving the past and instead stepped into the origin of time, engaging Ian in a final showdown in the West Suburb Alley. Using two time-rewind phones, he disrupted the rules of time and space, trapping Ian in a collapsing timeline, and pressed the reset button, completely erasing all crimes and the cycle itself. Peace returned to the world. In the new timeline, Lysen was reunited with his beloved, while the homeless man who had guided him quietly departed, having fulfilled his mission as the Guardian of Order.
