Safe Harbor & Copyright Notice

EveryDrama (everydrama.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

2. Identification of Infringing Material on EveryDrama: The exact URL(s) on everydrama.com where the allegedly infringing material or reference is located, so we can identify and remove it.
3. Complainant Contact Information: Your full legal name, company or organization, physical mailing address, telephone number, and active email address.
4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.").
5. Perjury Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf (e.g., "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.").
6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name) of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Processing & Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice meeting all statutory requirements, EveryDrama will expeditiously review and remove or disable access to the identified page/metadata within 24 to 48 business hours.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
