Welcome to EveryDrama (everydrama.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using EveryDrama, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the site.

1. The Service

EveryDrama is a guide to vertical short dramas and mini-series: search, synopses, tropes and platform information. For many titles, episodes can also be watched directly on the site, free and without signing up. Free viewing may be limited to a daily number of episodes per browser.

2. VIP and Billing

Optional paid VIP plans (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) remove the daily episode limit for their duration. Prices are shown on our Pricing page in US dollars before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment partner, who acts as the merchant of record. Access starts as soon as the payment clears. Every VIP plan is a one-time purchase and never renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

VIP belongs to the browser it was bought in. If you switch device or clear your browser data, restore it on the Pricing page with the email address you paid with.

3. Refunds

Because VIP gives immediate access, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered. You are entitled to a full refund for:

• Duplicate charges or billing errors.
• VIP that was not activated within 24 hours of a confirmed payment.
• Technical problems on our side that prevent playback entirely, reported within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, email contact@everydrama.com with your order number or receipt. We reply within 2 business days.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use EveryDrama for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or bulk-download the site or its streams with bots or other automated tools.
• Get around the daily episode limit or the VIP check, or share, resell or publish your VIP access.
• Pay with a card or account you are not authorised to use, or file chargebacks for VIP you received and used.
• Attempt to bypass, compromise, or disable any security measures, or attack, overload or interfere with the site.
• Use the site or its data for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

5. Suspension and Termination

If you break these Terms, we may suspend or permanently end your access to EveryDrama, including cancelling any VIP linked to your payment email, browser or network. Where the breach is serious, such as fraud, VIP resale or an attack on the site, we may do this without prior notice. VIP ended for a breach is not refunded, and you are responsible for any losses your breach causes us. If you think we got it wrong, email contact@everydrama.com and we will review it.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The layout, design, graphics, custom aggregation software, and original written descriptions created by EveryDrama are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from EveryDrama's proprietary site layout without prior written consent.

All drama titles, studio names, character names, and third-party trademarks referenced belong entirely to their respective copyright holders.

7. Third-Party Links & Disclaimer

Our site contains links to third-party websites, mobile apps, and services (such as ReelShort, DramaBox, ShortMax, etc.). We do not control or endorse these external sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, subscription fees, or terms of service. You access external services entirely at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EveryDrama is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain accurate drama metadata and links, we do not warrant that the information is completely error-free, uninterrupted, or up-to-date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EveryDrama and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the site.

10. Governing Law and Amendments

We may update these Terms; the version on this page applies from the date it is posted. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
