Synopsis
Lily has been secretly in love with her brilliant, ruthless boss, divorce attorney Rex Langford, for years. When he offers to personally handle her divorce from a stranger she married on a three-year contract, she agrees, believing fate is finally on her side. As they work together and fall in love, they make a plan: divorce their respective spouses and be together. The devastating, ironic twist is revealed only when the final papers are filed: the anonymous husband Lily is divorcing is Rex himself. They've been married to each other all along, trapped in a legal fiction that became the foundation of a very real love.
