Synopsis

Mike Cameron was born into an extremely wealthy family. His three aunts were top figures in the military, martial arts, and financial worlds. He fell in love with his childhood sweetheart, Rita Hudson. One day, Rita was about to be hit by a car, and Mike rushed forward to shield her. As a result, he suffered a severe injury to his sciatic nerve. The doctors initially declared that he would be paralyzed for life, but his mother spared no expense in hiring a team of world-class medical experts, who ultimately cured him. To test Rita's feelings for Mike, his mother devised a plan. Mike would pretend to remain paralyzed while continuing his relationship with Rita. However, before their wedding, Mike accidentally witnessed Rita's betrayal. She was having an affair with his close friend, Jason Crane. Swallowing his anger, Mike pretended to go along with the wedding but secretly called his mother, instructing her to turn the wedding banquet into a break-up ceremony.
