Synopsis

In 1946, struggling fisherman Logan is destroyed by a brutal crime lord and left with nothing. Then he saves three year old Nova from an enormous shell beneath the waves and discovers that the mysterious child can summon the sea itself. With Nova at his side, Logan finds rare pearls and impossible catches, then brings the gangster's hidden pollution scheme before the governor's elite.
