Synopsis

When the apocalypse descended, Anya, a girl with severe social anxiety, deliberately infected herself to escape both survival and socializing. Unexpectedly, she retained her human consciousness and became a “freak zombie” with absolutely no combat power. She shouldered her backpack and embarked on a southbound road trip in search of her family. Along the way, her innate kindness led her to save survivors time and again. She met Zane, a cold and ruthless human killing machine; Leon, a fellow zombie male lead with overwhelming combat prowess; and Mia, a mad virologist. She also adopted an apocalypse-level adorable zombie dog.
