Synopsis
Six years ago, the Coalition’s reckless deep drilling roused the Matriarch, an ancient subterranean giant, spawning violent monsters called Abyssals. Commander Ashford, pilot of mech Aegis One, failed to stop the Hale family’s scheme. Dying, he implanted the Anchor Key—a biogenetic crystal linked to the Matriarch—into his son Kael to fix the fatal underground rift. The Key slowly mutates Kael’s body and haunts his every day. Engineer Lena tracks him, exposing the Coalition’s dark experiments that weaponize Abyssals. Viktor Hale, son of the conspiracy mastermind, endures agonizing alien transformation for his faction’s goals. Kael and Lena team up, unlocking Aegis One’s dual cockpit to share the painful neural sync. He discovers the Matriarch is only a wounded, suffering creature rather than a monster.
