After I Caught My Husband With My Adopted Daughter, I Took My Revenge
Silently regaining her sight after years of darkness, the cinema icon continued feigning blindness while filming her husband and adopted daughter plotting in the parlor.
Synopsis
Hollywood legend Vivian Vale, the sole heir to the Vale fortune, owns Ravencrest Mansion, the classic film library of Silverline Studios, and a family trust. Three years prior, she was blinded in an on-set explosion; her husband, Damian Fox, feigned care while secretly drugging, surveilling, and manipulating her—all while having an affair with their adopted daughter, Sienna—planning to seize everything once Vivian turned 45 and the trust was unlocked. After an accident unexpectedly restores her sight, Vivian witnesses Damian and Sienna’s betrayal firsthand. Instead of confronting them, she continues to feign blindness, secretly swapping her medication, recording evidence, and investigating the truth behind her father Sterling Vale’s disappearance. Her investigation reveals that her father is being held captive by the "Obsidian Circle" at the West Hill Recovery Center, and that the mastermind, Victor Hale, is using Damian to swallow up the Vale family empire. Aided by Julian Pierce, Tessa, and Miles, Vivian endures humiliation and psychiatric evaluations while gathering evidence of the drugging, the explosion, the falsified evaluations, and her illegal confinement. Realizing Damian intends to make her the scapegoat, Sienna hands over crucial evidence to save herself. Finally, at the trust authorization ceremony—where Damian pressures Vivian to publicly admit insanity and sign over her assets so Sienna can take her place as "Mrs. Fox"—Vivian shocks everyone. Just as it seems she has lost everything, she removes her sunglasses, reveals all the evidence, and activates the "Red Window" countermeasure, rescuing her father and reclaiming the trust and film library. After Victor Hale escapes prison and attempts a retaliation, Vivian baits the remaining Obsidian members into the open, ultimately sending all her enemies to jail, regaining control of Silverline Studios, and embarking on a new life with Julian.
