Synopsis
Young freelance photographer Dylan runs out of fuel and stumbles upon a bizarre roadside rest stop hidden in the North American wasteland. Anthropomorphic wild animals here follow strict survival rules, yet the codes are traps: they feed on human destinies to keep their rational minds. Anyone breaking rules will be erased or have their identities overwritten by the owl’s fake prophetic dreams. With aid from Marcus, a trapped former engineer, Dylan uncovers the station’s core secret. He tries to rush across the boundary line but falls into an endless fog loop. To break free, he triggers three rules simultaneously to create a logical paradox, temporarily collapsing the space’s supernatural restraints. Dylan escapes the barrier, relieved to spot normal highways. However, he finds his eyes turned amber, the owl’s mark fused into him. Up ahead glows the identical rest stop—he is trapped in an everlasting cycle of fate.
