Synopsis
Anna Sanders' husband, Julian Grace, had suffered from a chronic illness for years. Right after their wedding, Anna resolutely resigned from her post as Major General and left home for three years to search for a cure for Julian. On her way back home with the remedy three years later, Anna discovered that her husband had already been having an affair with Jane Horton, a woman who claimed to be a "Blessed Girl" born with a precious pearl. Julian even demanded that Anna give up her position as his legitimate wife so he could marry Jane. Faced with her husband's betrayal, Anna made a firm decision to publicly divorce Julian on the very day he was supposed to marry Jane.
