Bound in the Devil's Penthouse

Synopsis

Antique appraiser Lyra Bennett is forced into the Moretti crime family's secret underground penthouse to settle her late father's gambling debt. Dante, the enigmatic head of the family, has spent years pretending to be mentally unstable while secretly uncovering his stepmother Belladonna's poisoning scheme, dismantling her surveillance network, and preparing his revenge. Lyra's keen eye for antiques allows her to see through Dante's disguise from the very beginning. Bound by a dangerous alliance, the two grow closer amid deadly threats and forbidden desire. She risks everything to protect his secret, while Dante puts his life on the line to save her ailing mother. When the truth finally comes to light, Dante and his loyal allies expose the conspiracy threatening his empire and bring Belladonna to justice. In return for Lyra's loyalty, Dante places his trust—and his empire—in her hands. Once crushed by debt, Lyra rises to become the queen of the underworld, standing beside the Don who would risk everything for her.
