Synopsis
Lena Quinn goes to renew her marriage license and learns she was never legally married. Her husband, Leo Carter, had secretly registered his assistant, Sally Moore, as his wife. Devastated, Lena plans to leave for good, but Sally won’t let her. She crashes Lena’s birthday party, fakes an injury, and frames her. Leo believes Sally and turns on Lena. Before Lena can emigrate, Sally has her kidnapped and tricks Leo into beating her. As Lena fades into unconsciousness, she discovers her parents’ deaths were not an accident and swears to make them pay.
