Captain, Love Has Ended

Synopsis

Captain Darius married Ione through an arranged union but resented her, wanting to divorce her for his first love Morwen. He ignored Ione's devotion and let Morwen humiliate her—even after Ione was terminally ill with only two months left. Ione asked for a divorce but requested Darius fulfill her five final wishes. Morwen cut off Ione's life-saving medicine. Ione exposed Morwen at an aviation gala, revealing she was the one who cared for Darius when he was blind. Morwen admitted to abandoning Darius years ago. Filled with regret, Darius searched for Ione. She told him she wished they'd never meet again in the next life. He found her grave, set off fireworks on Valentine's night, and took his own life beside her—following his only love into death.
