Synopsis
Lorde, daughter of the Sea God, is betrayed by her husband, Demos, and her maid, Chloris, and thrown from a cliff on Mount Olympus. With death closing in, she learns that Helios, the fallen Sun God, has always loved her—and sacrificed his divine status to give her a second chance at life. Reborn at eighteen, Lorde breaks off her old engagement and sets out to find Helios, only to be forced into another marriage by Zeus. Together, they devise a plan to reclaim the Sun God's scepter, expose the truth behind her murder in her past life, and make her enemies pay. In the end, they marry on Rhodes Island and finally begin a new life together.
