Synopsis

Liang Shuyu had endured five years of cold neglect in her marriage to Fu Jianshen. When Fu Jianshen suffered a car accident and was on the brink of death due to severe heart failure, she selflessly donated her heart to save him, clinging to life for just one more month with an artificial heart. After recovering, Fu Jianshen was deceived by Song Weilan, who lied that the heart came from his late brother. He thus indulged Song Weilan in everything. Song Weilan constantly bullied Liang Shuyu and even schemed to push her down a flight of stairs. Worse still, Fu Jianshen insisted that the dying Liang Shuyu donate her corneas, snuffing out her last spark of life. Liang Shuyu collapsed at the airport and was presumed dead. It was then that Fu Jianshen saw through Song Weilan's true colors. Tormented by endless remorse, he searched for her frantically. Later at an art exhibition, he caught sight of Liang Shuyu. She had been rescued by Gu Yanxiu and lost her memory, starting a new life as a brilliant painter.
