Synopsis

In the virus-ravaged ruins of a post-apocalyptic world, nurse Ivy survives a frantic escape only to encounter Dylan, a mysterious zombie with striking silver eyes. Unlike the mindless hordes, Dylan saves Ivy and displays haunting traces of humanity, even uttering broken words. Ivy soon discovers that Dylan carries the only antibody capable of ending the apocalypse, igniting an extraordinary and dangerous romance between a human and a monster. However, Grant, the iron-fisted dictator of the survivor camp, views Dylan as a lethal threat and deploys his elite forces to hunt him down. To protect this "dead heart," Ivy must betray her own people.
