Synopsis

The Star Trek short drama focuses on the flagship "Wen Tian" of the United Federation of Planets. During its voyage in the vast deep space, it accidentally intercepts a mysterious distress signal from an extinct prehistoric civilization. To explore the truth behind the signal, the crew team leads all members across 30,000 light-years to a desolate and lifeless planet. Here, they gradually uncover the secret of the Areda civilization's demise—due to a chain disaster caused by the out-of-control core energy, coupled with the raging virulent pathogens, this once brilliant prehistoric civilization eventually perished. During the voyage, they encounter the surviving descendants of the Areda civilization. The two sides join hands to develop cross-era technology and pathogen vaccines, but are coveted and attacked by interstellar plunderers, launching a fierce confrontation for the core energy. More shockingly, they accidentally discover a space portal leading to another dimension. In the deep space exploration where crisis and opportunity coexist, all crew members, with courage and wisdom, adhere to the original intention of protecting civilization and write a legend belonging to interstellar explorers in the cosmic desperate situation.
