Synopsis

Leo was a gifted top surgeon with a promising future. Witnessing his beloved Julian being tortured and killed by powerful elites shattered his sanity. He split his own consciousness and seamlessly implanted his dead lover’s persona into his mind. After parole, Leo transforms into a vengeful fiend, launching a deadly psychological thriller game against four masterminds: tycoon Alexander, movie queen Victoria, security chief Marcus and influencer Chloe. He inflicts physical torment and manipulates their greed, fear and suspicion to make them turn on one another. He manipulates Victoria into murdering her former sidekick Chloe in an abandoned slaughterhouse. With forged autopsy reports and cunning provocation, he forces Alexander to kill his subordinate Marcus on an operating table. His cruelest scheme: rescuing Victoria from the fire and reconstructing her face to look like Julian, using her to break Alexander mentally. In the end, Alexander’s money laundering and dark web crimes are exposed via live stream to the whole world, and Victoria castrates him. Realizing she was merely a sacrifice all along, Victoria descends into madness and stabs Leo through the heart with glass shards in a church. With vengeance accomplished, Leo makes no attempt to escape. Smiling, he passes away with love for Julian in his heart, attaining final spiritual liberation together with his lover.
