Synopsis
"On her wedding day, jewelry designer Su Wan calls off the marriage immediately after witnessing a compromising video of her groom, Li Yu, with her best friend. Instead, she turns around and marries the groom's uncle, Li Siye. After marriage, believing her new husband to be a poor man with a lame leg, Su Wan is determined to work hard and provide for their family. Unbeknownst to her, the ""pitiable"" husband is actually the renowned CEO of the powerful Longchuan Group. While secretly paving the way for his wife's success, Li Siye constantly risks exposing his true identity with every helping hand he offers. He also goes to great lengths to maintain his pretense of being disabled in their daily life. Just as their relationship deepens, Li Siye is forced to reveal his identity to take over his father's company, and the truth about a fire from ten years ago also surfaces. A misunderstanding arising from these revelations drives them apart.
