Synopsis

Low-ranked four-winged angel Eno falls in love with Lucifer, the radiant Morningstar, and is drawn into divine intrigue. Seeing the cruelty of creation's rules, Lucifer pretends to betray him, falls alone, and engineers his own impalement by Eno after the latter awakens as war god Michael—the only path he calculates will keep his beloved alive. Michael, denied the truth, becomes a distant divine weapon carrying the world's burden, while Lucifer rules the abyss with Michael as his only vulnerability. As Lyur, a vessel of Eno's memories, and loyal fallen general Azazel expose the past, the former lovers recognize each other across light and darkness and rebel against the law that made their love a sacrifice.
