Synopsis

Xiulan Cheng participated in a senior singing competition and earned second place. However, she always held herself in high regard, believing that her appearance and voice were exceptional, and that she didn't win first place because of a conspiracy. With the constant flattery of her equally clueless best friend, Xiulan Cheng became even more convinced that she deserved to be a big star, living a wealthy life, rather than leading a simple life with her ordinary husband. She was easily swayed by the sweet words of scammers, firmly believing that she had the qualifications to go abroad and co-star in a movie with a superstar, planning to return in glory. As a result, she fiercely rejected any advice, believing that they were just jealous of her success. She became vain, acting as if she were already a star, offending many people and accumulating a huge amount of debt. She also caused her mother and best friend to lose their life savings and home, leaving her with nowhere to turn.
