Synopsis

Meng Qingqing schemed to have Shen Yaodong run away with the bride, An Xiaoyi, causing a severe car accident. Influenced by Meng's manipulations, Gu Mingxuan proceeded with the wedding despite An's injuries. After the marriage, Meng continued to drive a wedge between the couple and falsely claimed to be pregnant, intensifying their conflicts. An Xiaoyi repeatedly fell victim to Meng's schemes, enduring slander, online bullying, and multiple instances of imprisonment by Gu Mingxuan. Shen Yaodong consistently stood by An, and after being rescued by a wealthy magnate, his status changed. Meng later collaborated with Shen to embezzle company assets and attempted to harm Gu's mother. In the end, Gu Mingxuan uncovered the truth and rescued An Xiaoyi in the nick of time. After the misunderstandings were resolved, Meng Qingqing and Shen Yaodong faced punishment. Gu's mother regained consciousness, and Gu Mingxuan reconciled with An Xiaoyi.
