Felicity Arrivrs, Bad Luck Be Gone

Synopsis

Five-year-old Fu Bao is a kind-hearted lucky star who has been wrongly labeled a “disaster girl” by her greedy relatives. After her parents passed away, she was abused and abandoned by her uncle Wu Nan and his cruel wife Mei Er, who stole her father’s compensation money and treated her like a servant. Left homeless on a rainy night, Fu Bao is taken in by Gu Qing, the cold but kind president of the troubled Gu Group. The Gu family has been plagued by endless misfortune: the company is on the edge of bankruptcy, the second sister Gu Zhao is paralyzed after an accident, and the young brother Gu Xun is rebellious and about to be expelled from school. But from the day Fu Bao arrives, everything changes miraculously. The Gu Group wins a billion-dollar contract out of nowhere; the paralyzed second sister gradually regains feeling in her legs and walks again; the rebellious brother studies hard and is finally admitted to the top university Tsinghua BeiDa. As the Gu family rises step by step, the Wu family—who once mocked and abandoned Fu Bao—begins to collapse: their company fails, their luck vanishes, and Mei Er’s unborn baby is lost due to their own evil deeds. When the wicked uncle Wu Nan, vicious aunt Mei Er, and the villainous second uncle Gu Bo team up to kidnap Fu Bao for revenge, she uses her kind heart and lucky power to turn the tables. The villains are punished by the law, and justice is served. In the end, Fu Bao becomes the most beloved treasure of the Gu family. Gu Qing’s company returns to glory, Gu Zhao fully recovers, and Gu Xun is admitted to the best university. This is the story of a lonely lucky girl who finds a home, brings luck and warmth to everyone around her, and watches her enemies get the karma they deserve.
