Synopsis

This is a story about how "The Constrained Weapon" breaks free from its shackles and reclaiming its self-respect. The protagonist, Elena, is the most ruthless yet most tragic "cleaner" within the New York mob. On the surface, she appears cold-blooded and highly efficient; beneath this facade, however, lies a fatal secret: at the age of 15, her adoptive mother, Rosa, subjected her to a "living laboratory experiment" by administering nerve agents to her, leaving her with a severe sexual addiction—she must engage in sexual activity with a man every 72 hours or else suffer a mental breakdown. Forced to survive, she constantly switches partners during her robberies and murders. Carmela, the family's legitimate daughter, discovers her secret and uses it as leverage to entice her into recording intimate footage with Vito—a low-class attendant diagnosed with AIDS. As Elena gets closer to Vito, she realizes that this "useless" man is actually hiding something deep within him. To escape his control, the two enter into a "marital cover-up" arrangement; yet, through this sham, they gradually develop genuine feelings for one another.
