Synopsis
Mafia godfather Michael Corleone lives in seclusion to raise Sophia, his late wife’s entrusted adopted daughter, and a forbidden love beyond the father-daughter bond grows between them. Provocation and manhunts from the Gallo family force Corleone back to the underworld to wipe out his foes. When the pregnant Sophia is kidnapped by villains, Corleone is critically injured and falls into a permanent vegetative state during the rescue. Sophia then takes charge of the family in grief, vowing to guard everything and wait for her lover to wake up.
