Synopsis

Twelve years ago, Ethan Black helped Chloe Hill outside the Pearl Harbor Bar. Ethan's wife was responsible for a hit-and-run, and his best friend was involved in smuggling. Ethan took the blame for both of them. To protect his child, he divorced his wife, gave up his shares, and went to prison for twelve years. After his release, Ethan sought out his ex-wife, only to discover that his former best friend had married her, and together they had seized all his assets. Facing their humiliation, Ethan fell into despair. He was utterly heartbroken when he learned that his taking the blame and going to prison was actually a scheme orchestrated by his ex-wife and former friend from the very beginning. Just as his former friend's henchmen were about to cripple Ethan, Chloe Hill made a grand entrance. The poor girl he had once saved was now the Chairwoman of the mighty Glory Group.
