Synopsis
Orphaned Lena was saved by teenage Julian Vance at 16 and carried a torch for him ever since. She built her own bakery and married him, only to spend three years in the shadow of his supposed first love Sienna. On their third anniversary, she suffered a miscarriage and got solid proof of his infidelity the same night. Heartbroken, she left town to rebuild her life. Julian realized his true love too late; he chose to save Sienna first during a hotel explosion, which broke Lena’s last hope. Years later, in a bank robbery, Julian traded himself as a hostage to save all civilians — including pregnant Lena — and died in the incident. Lena finally found peace and happiness with the gentle Adrian, raised their daughter, and made peace with her past.
