Synopsis
Raymond, a psychology professor and hybrid vampire, falls into severe PTSD after failing to successfully turn his human wife Noel—who was on the verge of death from a car accident—into a vampire; he often suffers painful, uncontrollable episodes late at night. Bernice, a young witch, enters the same university along with Norvin, a wind‑based male wizard and her sworn protector. Bernice majors in psychology and becomes Raymond's student, while Norvin studies business, sharing a major with the campus beauty Giselle. Shortly after the semester begins, Giselle grows jealous of Norvin's excessive attention and care toward Bernice; though she acts fragile and helpless on the surface, she repeatedly bullies, humiliates, and frames Bernice behind the scenes, eventually driving a wedge between her and Norvin—while Raymond steps in multiple times to rescue Bernice. When Norvin uncovers the truth, he begins distancing himself from Giselle, who then inadvertently becomes a pawn used by Raymond's father, the vampire progenitor Torin, to force Raymond into becoming a council elder of the vampire parliament.
