Heartless: Imprisoned by the Mad Merman
Watching a massive black tidal wave shatter the penthouse glass, she saw the merman she once betrayed walking toward her on bleeding human legs.
Synopsis
To save my brother, I ripped out that merman’s heart and cast him into the abyss. He survived—reborn as a ruthless Lord of the Deep. Now, he’s bound me in a sunless seafloor prison with a lethal Siren’s Pact. For freedom, I faked submission just to shatter the bond and flee back to the surface. I thought our twisted game was over. Then, a monstrous black tsunami swallowed my entire city. Golden tail turned to legs, he stalks through the shattered glass toward me. ""I should have chained you to my side... forever.""
