Synopsis
When an old residential building goes up in flames, Mrs. Fiona Lynch shields her daughter Vivian Lynch but gets trapped. And Sharon Lynch's mother collapses from smoke inhalation. Rushing into the inferno, Trusen Lynch chooses to carry his mother-in-law, Sharon's mother, to safety first. While Vivian struggles to evacuate her own mother, a collapsing beam crushes Fiona, leaving her critically injured. At the hospital, Vivian's attempt to retrieve medicine is delayed by Sharon and Trusen, wasting precious time. As Fiona's condition turns fatal, Vivian repeatedly begs Trusen to see her mother one last time — only to be refused. Fiona passes away alone. Later, at his promotion celebration, Trusen learns the devastating news. Shattered, he pleads for forgiveness, but Vivian walks away, cold and resolute.
