Synopsis
In a psychiatric hospital far from the city, Alan Shaw, the most dangerous patient, has just passed his 144th psychiatric evaluation. He triumphs in his discharge, but no one knows his illness has never improved. He still sees the phantom of his fiancée, Serena Jenkins—sometimes an angel, sometimes a demon, whispering in his ear, urging him to exact bloody vengeance.
