Synopsis

The night before her wedding, Colette caught her fiancé Evander sleeping with her best friend. In a blind rage, she retaliated with three of his friends. Evander didn't care—he had her locked in a psychiatric hospital for a year.​ Now discharged, she finds herself unable to love him anymore. Through her ex-best friend's taunts, his friends' degradation, and Evander's threats and pleas, she stays ice-cold. One phone call ends it all. She flees to her parents' graves in a remote village. Evander chases her down, begging on his knees in the rain. But when Louisa hurls sulfuric acid in revenge, Evander shields Colette with his own body.​ In the hospital room, staring at his burned back, she finally says it: "I don't know how to love you anymore." Then she walks away, never looking back.
