Synopsis
Eva Sean, a 17-year-old girl who longs for family warmth, was adopted into the Chase family due to family changes and became Cal Chase's "sister", who is the same age with her. Cal Chase has a cold personality. He has lived in the shadow of his parents' divorce since he was a child. He is hostile to Eva Sean who suddenly broke into his life. The story begins when Eva Sean moves into the Chase family. Despite Cal Chase's cold attitude and rejection, Eva Sean still tries to adapt to the new environment and hopes to integrate into this new family. Cal Chase however believes that Eva Sean's arrival threatens his position in the family and may take away his mother's only love for him. Therefore, he always treats Eva Sean with indifference and targets her, and even avoids her at school.
