Love and Livelihood

Synopsis

After eight years away, Ryder Wells returns to his rural hometown, Wells Valley. As a legendary doctor-soldier (Doctor Warlord), he plans to lay low — until he meets Dannie Shane, an ambitious entrepreneur determined to revitalize the struggling village. Though they clash from the start, their arguments spark an unlikely partnership. Using his unique skills in medicine and combat, Ryder joins Dannie in guiding the villagers: fishing in river, harvesting rare herbs, and selling mountain delicacies. Together, they turn hardship into prosperity — lifting Wells Valley out of poverty and, somewhere between quarrels and triumphs, finding their own happily ever after.
