Synopsis
Love Under Guard follows Iris Kennedy, the daughter of a diplomat, whose life changes completely after an assassination attempt at her 18th birthday party. To keep her safe, her father assigns Damon, a calm, powerful, and highly disciplined bodyguard, to protect her around the clock. Iris is forced to live under a fake identity, transfer schools, and move into a safe house. Longing for freedom, Iris rebels against the life arranged for her. She tries to break away from her “good girl” image, makes new friends, sneaks out to parties, and even creates a “bad girl bucket list.” Damon, determined to keep his distance, finds himself increasingly drawn to her defiance, vulnerability, and courage. Between protection and rebellion, duty and desire, their relationship becomes filled with tension, jealousy, and undeniable attraction. But danger is closer than they realize. Iris’s new friends, Nina and Shaw, turn out to have hidden motives and eventually kidnap her for ransom. Damon races again
