Synopsis
On the Mid-Autumn Festival, Li Pan'er suffered domestic violence from her husband, Liu Qi. To seek protection, Li Pan'er ran back to her parents' home. But she learned that Li Yaozu had taken her chance to go to university. Filled with resentment, Li Pan'er was finally beaten to death by Liu Qi. Li Pan'er was reborn and, after many difficulties, finally went to university as she wished. Li Yaozu had no chance to go to university. Enticed by Liu Qi, he invested with Liu Qi but was cheated of a large sum of money by usurers. Because Liu Qi couldn't pay back the usury, he was stabbed to death on the spot by the usurers. Terrified, Liu Qi ran home to ask his parents for money. The money of Li and Wang had long been emptied by Li Yaozu, and they said they had no money. On the Mid-Autumn Festival night, Li Yaozu was so angry that he stabbed the two to death and was arrested by the police on the spot and sentenced to death. Li Pan'er changed her name and welcomed a bright future.
