Synopsis
After seventeen years apart, mafia godfather Kane finds his twin Ian in a vegetative state from bullying. Taking Ian's place at school, Kane crushes the bullies, exposes their lies and fires corrupt officials. He then learns Riley framed Ian, ruins the Carter family and completes his revenge. Ian rises from his hospital bed alive.
