Synopsis
On the surface, Isabella lived as Izzy Kane, a regular working class girl with a part time job at a slaughterhouse in Port Arthur. But in truth, she was the heiress of a top North American family, and the daughter of a powerful Mafia family. Three years ago, she left New York City after family drama and heartbreak. She hid in Texas and built a new life on her own. Then her boyfriend Ethan betrayed her. To protect his cousin, or maybe his mistress, Chloe, he tricked Isabella into going to a casino, and planned to let her lose her hand to pay Chloe’s debt. But the casino owner was Alex, the feared Mafia King, heir to a powerful old money family, and Isabella’s half brother. After her identity was exposed, Isabella uncovered Ethan and Chloe’s betrayal. She also learned her father Vincent was plotting against Alex. In the end, Isabella returned to her family, stopped Vincent, and took back control of everything. The people who betrayed her lost it all.
