Synopsis
Lin Yi, a tech genius, is ousted from Lingyue, the company he founded, by his partner Zhao Ziang in collusion with investors. He takes his core team to launch a brand-new venture. With 2 million yuan in startup capital raised by selling his house, he develops Lingjing, a groundbreaking digital human system boasting a rendering latency of merely 0.09 seconds, granting his new firm an overwhelming technological advantage. By contrast, after Zhao Ziang appoints an incompetent person to head the tech department at Lingyue, the entire system collapses. Digital humans go haywire in clients’ live streams, pushing the company to the brink of bankruptcy.
