Synopsis

For twenty years, painter Susan dedicated herself to her art, only to have her works stolen and credited to Paul, a renowned art critic, for profit. Paul also consistently belittled Susan, claiming she had no talent. Susan secretly kept time-lapse videos of each painting's creation as evidence. At the opening of Paul's solo exhibition, Susan publicly played the creation videos, combining them with evidence such as on-site sketches to expose the fraud and shatter Paul's reputation. Afterward, Susan, together with curator Leah, founded the "Unseen Female Painters" exhibition series, helping numerous female creators whose work had been plagiarized and whose talents buried to gain recognition. More than a decade later, a dedicated exhibition space was established, where countless female painters were finally seen. Susan put aside past grievances, persevering in her art, bidding farewell to her north-facing studio, which had been her home for twenty years and bathed in cold light, to embark on a new life and creative path, letting her perseverance and passion become an eternal light.
