Synopsis
In Golden Radiance City, a century-old blood-ranking system determines the fate of every citizen at age 18 through the "Bloodline Ceremony," based on the color of their blood. Those with transparent blood are secretly eliminated. When 18-year-old Shen Ruoying tests as colorless-blooded, she becomes a fugitive with a 40 million bounty on her head. She is rescued by former ballet dancer and Watcher Ji Nanzhou, who takes her to the underground sanctuary known as the "Ember Shelter." There, she makes allies, endures betrayal and sacrifice, and transforms from a terrified girl into a leader. To overthrow the tyrannical rule of dictator Wei Changning, she leads a team to infiltrate the presidential residence, exposes the truth that the president is a puppet, and uses violence to end the blood-colored regime, winning the possibility of equality for the world.
