Synopsis

Ethan lost his fiancé Leo in an accident three years ago, whose corneas were donated to young esports streamer Noah. Haunted by longing, Ethan secretly follows Noah, taking good care of his eyes day and night. Noah gradually falls for the mysterious man’s tenderness, yet Ethan only stares at his eyes as a substitute for Leo. After Noah repeatedly confesses and tries to kiss him, the truth about corneal transplant is exposed. Heartbroken, Noah regards himself as a mere replacement and avoids Ethan. Later, a traffic accident claims Noah’s life, and he signs an organ donation form to pass on his corneas. A year later, Ethan meets a teen with the same pair of eyes at the cemetery, finally letting go of his obsession with the past and accepting his lifelong regret and grief.
