Synopsis

After being forced to sign a divorce paper and lose everything, Anna launches a quiet counterattack against William Ashton. Tormented by guilt, the elderly man hid the truth for decades and preserved Anna’s father’s safe in the old mansion’s basement. With Nicholas’s help, Anna retrieves the inheritance, discovering her parents’ diaries, a portrait sketch and a sentimental silver ring inside the safe. She forgives the old patriarch for his cowardice, sorts out historical corporate debts, and realizes the most precious wealth is not the enterprise, but the lost family affection she finally recovers.
