Synopsis

My boyfriend is a loser. His father… is a beast. When a nightmare came for me, I called my boyfriend. He didn't pick up. So I called the one man I shouldn't want. Mr. Burke came. He saved me. Now I'm trapped in his house, wearing his shirt, feeling his scorching gaze burn through my skin every time he looks at me. By day, he's a brilliant surgeon—controlled, precise, professional. By night, he's something else entirely. Dangerous. Hungry. He says I'm too young. He says this is a mistake. But if I'm such a mistake, why does his voice drop when he says my name?
