Synopsis

Alicia is the most unassuming bookish girl on campus. With black-rimmed glasses and a gray hoodie, she has never once caught the eye of Leon, the school heartthrob, for three years. He even splashed water on her friend in public, sneering that “nerds have no personality.” Then comes an extravagant masquerade ball. Alicia puts on a black lace mask and a red sequined gown, stepping into Leon’s sight as a mysterious woman. After a night of reckless intimacy, she removes her mask before him, revealing her identity and declaring this was a carefully plotted revenge. Yet Leon does not storm off in anger. Instead, he clumsily pursues her: learning to cook noodles for her, fixing her bookshelf, teaching her how to fight. As campus rumors, ex-lover provocation and a falling-out with her best friend pile up, the pair whose relationship began as a pretense must decide whether they dare to love each other for who they truly are.
