Synopsis

Dragon King Sali bears a deadly curse. He loses his sanity and power during lunar eclipses, which will doom the dragon clan if unbroken. Severely wounded while fleeing lion clan hunters, he stumbles upon fox princess Rafina bathing in a forest hot spring. He senses she alone can lift his curse. Rafina flees with his dragon dagger, binding their fates. Rafina was engaged to dragon prince Anlis, who betrays her with her stepsister Ilon. Forced by her father to end the engagement, she finds the mysterious man from the spring is Dragon King Sali, who swears to wed her. At a dragon feast, Rafina is assaulted and stabbed by Anlis. Sali saves her. Back among foxes, her mother’s necklace is shattered. When the curse strikes, Rafina calms Sali with her singing. They resolve misunderstandings and form a soul bond. Rafina’s sacred magic dispels the curse. Sali executes traitors and defeats the invading Lion King. Finally accepted, they marry and welcome a princess, living happily ever after.
